Opt IN! brings expert care to the comfort and privacy of your home. After an initial phone consultation Dr. Natalie Sebba will confirm that women's health/pelvic health physical therapy is right for you. At that time the initial session is scheduled.
During the initial session Natalie will complete a physical evaluation based on your concerns and then explain the findings to help you understand the cause of your symptoms. Following the evaluation, a treatment schedule is made based on your specific needs and scheduling requests. Treatment sessions generally average 60-75 minutes and a written summary with instruction is provided after each session.

Opt IN! Physical Therapy is able to work with all insurance plans as an out of network physical therapy provider. This allows Opt IN! to bring affordableexpert physical therapy directly to you. Most often, insurance plans reimburse out of network care at a rate that is equivalent to a typical office co-payment charged with physical therapy. There are no unexpected facility fees associated with care through Opt In. Women's health and pelvic health services use standard physical therapy treatment codes and is therefore covered by plans that also cover physical therapy services.
