Many women think changes such as abdominal weakness, difficulty recovering from childbirth, discomfort with sexual intimacy, and urinary leakage with activity are just an unavoidable symptom of aging or having children - but they don't have to be!  Ten+ years ago, Dr. Sebba selected women's health and pelvic health as her areas of specialization to help women overcome these physical changes.  Natalie finds joy in helping women get back to "normal" physical and pelvic health.

Natalie has developed several specialty women's health programs across the country.  These experiences provided Natalie the opportunity to learn what women need to successfully prioritize their health; easy access to expert care.  Thus the development of Opt IN!  We make it easy for women to get the care they need now.

Dr. Sebba's Qualifications: In addition to obtaining her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and completing a residency to specialize in Women's Health, Natalie has also obtained two specialist certifications to become a Women's Health Clinical Specialist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist.  Natalie is active in the American Physical Therapy Association and regularly contributes to the continuing education and professional development of other clinicians as an expert educator.
